THE HABIT OF HAPPY

Unlocking Life's Ultimate Currency

Behind every KPI & target are people — & they perform best when motivated, connected, & supported. The Habit of Happy workshops make that happen with simple, science-backed habits boosting resilience, connection, & performance.

2. Action

Meet Gareth

Communication & Wellbeing Coach | TEDx Speaker | Founder, The Habit of Happy

I help people and teams transform their self-talk and communication, so they think more clearly, connect more deeply, and perform better. Drawing on habit theory, positive psychology, and lived experience, I provide practical, science-backed tools that create real change.
In 2025, I shared my TEDx talk, UROK: A Tale Inspired by 4 Good Men Lost, a personal exploration of inner dialogue, happiness, and post-traumatic growth—lessons that continue to shape my work today.

"We're told that happiness follows change and ends suffering. It doesn't - it transforms how we live with both."   Gareth Robinson
